The annual meeting for all Sparkling Waters members is now scheduled for the first Sunday in April -- April 6th, 2025 at 2:15PM and will be held virtually and in person at 552 Shimmering Lane. Contact the secretary for meeting connection information. Charts for meeting will be posted to the "Documents" page just prior to the annual meeting. Officer elections will be held at the annual meeting. If you can't participate, please be sure to send in a proxy prior to the meeting, so we meet the Florida statutes for a quorum (51%). Proxy form is posted here in both Microsoft Word (.doc) and Adobe (.pdf) formats. You can download Adobe Reader to view the .pdf version from this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/. Annual assessments for 2025 are due April 6th, 2025.

Fall Picnic is scheduled for Sunday, October 27th at 4:30pm at the common beach. It is a potluck, bring a side dish to share and chairs. Theme is Oktoberfest. Contact the secretary if you would like to help organize.

The Sparkling Waters Fall Workday is scheduled for Saturday, October 19th, 2024 at 9:00 AM. Meet at the Gazebo. Please bring drills, T25 bits, gloves, shovels, and rakes.

The common area is classified as Wetlands by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Florida wetlands are regulated by Florida statutes and enforced by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). No dumping of debris of any kind, including lawn clippings, is permitted in the common area.

Community Dock: Water around the common dock is too shallow for diving. All residents and guests must abide by the Dock/Mooring Facility Rules and Regulations posted under "Documents." Please note in the rules that guests MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a Sparkling Waters resident at all times. If you have any questions, please send an email to

Covenants, Restrictions and Reservations (CRR) and By-Laws can be found on the "Documents" page. We recorded revised CRR with the Okaloosa County Clerk of Court on April 12th, 2021 and revised Rules and Regulations on October 29th, 2020.
