Sparkling Waters is located in unincorporated Okaloosa County, 3 miles west of Hurlburt Field in the Florida Panhandle. Waterfront lots and common area have a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound and Santa Rosa Island (barrier island). The subdivision consists of 42 developed and undeveloped lots.
